I. Returns after two weeks will incur a fee of 10% of the part’s cost if:

A. The item is not in restocking condition.
B. The item is missing a packing slip, order or purchase order number, or lacks a clear explanation for the return.

II. Returns will be subject to a fee of 15% or $30 (whichever is less) when:

1. The product is not salable.
2. The item is not in restocking condition.
3. The item is returned more than two weeks after purchase.
4. Ordering information or a reason for the return is not provided.

III. TiMed will only accept returns on products that have been used according to specified conditions and intended purposes, following all manufacturers’ recommendations.
Items used on clients are not eligible for return and will not be accepted by TiMed.
Modular components and knees must be installed based on TiMed guidance. TiMed cannot be held liable for damage or failure resulting from the use of parts or knees from other manufacturers used to assemble artificial legs. (See paragraph III)

To enhance inventory and financial control, returns without logical explanations or evidence of malfunction or damage will no longer be accepted.
